^ Yes, it has up to three water problems--some shingles on the roof, which I'm getting two estimates to have redone.Also, some possible moisture intrusion through cracks in the stucco/block on the exterior (this may have been what cause the baseboard problem).

An even better option is to remove the shingles and wood from that area and fix it properly or to have the whole roof re-done.

The guy said the shingles were cracking and breaking apart and the leak couldn't be fixed without replacing the roof.Oh, also, tenants backed their car into the garage and caused damage.

It's only leaked a bit where the peak/shingled part meets the flat root, probably because some bricks fell from the chimney (that's another story).
