Anyways...I am so HOOKED on the concept of Wholesaling that I think about it 24/7....ugh...Anyways, if all my $25,000 ends up doing is sinking this HUGE seed in my heart and leading me to Wholesalers Inc. which led me to BiggerPockets, then it was worth every penny!!

It's very common to mail the same list multiple times during a month, so it's possible to have a list of 250 that ultimately becomes the seed for 1000 mailings.

If I plant a seed (i.e. buy a first property) in that second market they'll get a commission and likely more down the road because I always want a "big enough footprint" to justify visiting it.

@Anne ODonnell If prices in your area are wild, which they are everywhere, why not refinance now and take some cash out, to pay off the personal loan, student loans, and perhaps use as some seed people for the next property?
