Are you buying the property all cash and then refinancing to take your money out?

There are a lot of online sources out there versus going to the local courthouse.   

In the old days, I would advertise in the Fresno Bee, and in the local freebee advertising rag.Nowadays, everything seems to be going online. 

Courses online are relatively cheap and there's some brokerages like kw that have offered free online courses with no obligation to join afterwards.

It’s even Called a cashout refinance, even though you aren’t refinancing, since it’s paid off.

From time to time we also hold an online meeting for talking about a specific topic.    

I receive some very thorough quarterly newsletters but that's it (I did ask if we could have quarterly online calls like some other Sponsors and I was informed this would be taken under consideration).    

If the owner is an LLC, you can try to check online Corporate records to see who the agent for the LCL is and their address.

They create some online content and a FB group with all the victims and some of their admin people and sell these courses (docs)  for a huge fee. 

Should I consider refinancing to help decrease my monthly payment (my current rate is 6.41%), should I cut my losses and sell the property (which I’m hesitant to do bc I don’t expect to househack again), or is there any other route I can take?
