The vertical integration also has the sponsors controlling rehab dollars from the raise and all hands in the pie. i would rather do single or multifamily investing on my own.

The recent years of gimmicky names is definitely getting a bit out of control (and frankly hurting investors), especially when the “teacher” is pivoting far far away from what that individual was originally successful at.
