Our laws require us to offer a rental first come first served (first completed application that qualifies must be offered the unit).

Insurance being canceled due to the area and finding insurance for it.

However, a different niche such as insurance placements, might very well be in the 70%~ occupancy level but the rents are going to be so much higher that the occupancy rate (comparatively speaking) is irrelevant.

They are a new international lender in Costa Rica offering 30 year, fixed rate mortgage loans specifically for American investors.

We also used PenFed, and they offer a fast HELOC…not sure how long they are now, but the process was smooth.

Not a lot of our competitors offer this but it's something we can consider (but for us, it can't be in a rural area, the loan amount must exceed $150k, if we're using PadSplit income (or STR/MTR income) the max LTV is 75% and the down payment must come from your own funds).
