Hi everyone! I am looking at purchasing a vacation rental in Costa Rica and I have a couple of questions in regards to that. Firstly, does anyone have an international lender that they would recommend? Secondly, does anyone know of a good service for accurate revenue estimates for rentals in Costa Rica? Thanks so much for the help!
I have no expertise in this area, but I was in Tamarindo back in March. I saw Vacasa rental signs everywhere. I would recommend starting with them to get grounded if you haven't already. They seem to have a turn-key service option so you should be able to get a lot of information from them.

International lenders don't exist for real estate in that no lender in one country will give you a mortgage loan in another country.
A good service to estimate revenue in Costa Rica or everywhere in the world for that matter is Aidna. It might be the only one, as Mashvisor seems to be US only.

Hey Aubrey! Check out Second Street (mysecondstreet.com). They are a new international lender in Costa Rica offering 30 year, fixed rate mortgage loans specifically for American investors. Good luck!
