I wouldn't imaging the state where the entity is registered makes a big difference for most buying and selling purposes as long as you can provide all of the required documents for title purposes.

you are talking about modifications you make with just words it would help to have pictures of updated renderings or version 1 versus version 2 

I have seen a few deals lately on MF but plenty of it makes no sense on pricing to many investors.

Someone out there must study those submarkets pretty heavily and can explain how housing stock has changed or not changed month over month the last few months...I dove into the propaganda video that's making the rounds.

Make a long list of all the lessons you have learned.

The underwriting process is certainly more arduous than most acquisitions but through my personal experiences some of the lenders are far more knowledgeable about the requirements and make for a far easier process for both seller and buyer.
