About To Sell First Flip...Now What
Hello! First time poster here.....my husband and I are about to sell our first flip. We bought for 130k, put about 45-50k into it and the market is showing we should be able to sell around 300k. We are wondering what to do next....multi family unit? another single family home? refinance our own home with some money down + purchase another flip? How do we minimize taxes on the profit we're making on this first home? Thank you!!
