For me a cracked foundation and settling is a bad thing.

No one ever likes to think that the person that they are working with is more "lawyered up" then they are.Coming up with something simple may save you a lot of money and give you a good foundation for going to an investor or an attorney to fix the holes.Hope this helps

I did that for a solid couple of years.My main goal(one of them I guess) is to be able to goto grad school and have a good foundation set.

The price is half of the market price but it has a major foundation problem.

Go have a look and see if there is any location where water is directed toward the foundation or pools against the foundation.
