Some advice on a fixer
There is a fixer in a really good area. The home is beautiful. Its a 5b/2b 2,843 sq ft home on main street in the town it's in. The house is going for 98k and has been listed for quite some time now. The surrounding homes that are similar in style are worth about 200k on the low end. Now there are some expensive repairs that the house needs:
DETERIORATED LEAD BASED PAINT ; EVIDENCE OF MOLD ; REPLACE HEAT PUMP ; REPAIR PLUMBING ; REPAIR HVAC DUCTWORK ; REPAIR SIGNIFICANT CRACKS IN FOUNDATION ; CORRECT GROUND GRADE TO PREVENT WATER INFILTRATION ; REPAIR FRONT PORCH STEPS ; REPAIR WINDOW
Just wondering if this would even be worth considering.
