Today at lunch, I found this message in my fortune cookie: "You will do better in real estate than in stocks."

If I had the money I'd try that approach, since it's a cookie cutter setup and you get some mentoring.

I will add get permission to back some cookies... nice cookie smell is comforting.. also bottles of water with your name on them.. lender there to do instant prequal is nice as well.. you can't do this but when its your listing.. you can offer a free cruise certificate.  

That didn't mean I didn't go ask for help, have some cookies, it meant that I didn't throw the towel.
