I would like for someone to walk me through a seller financing they have done... I really need to have this explained to me from the beginning to the end and how it worked out?

I have done seller financing multiple times.
Feel free to shoot me a PM with specific questions as it depends on if it is owner occupied or investment property

In either case you want to make sure you get 2 years tax returns and W-2’s, 2 months bank statements and pay stubs
Then have them sign off on a credit report check

Once I get all the info I confirm their ability to repay.

The terms of the loan I give to my attorney and they write up the note, mortgage and do the rest

I have not had any issues.

Another option is you can get an independent MLO to work with your attorney then essentially you do very little
