I made the huge mistake of relocating to San Francisco from NYC for a high paying job and like some Napa wines, it was not for me.

Whatever you look at I encourage you not to do what everyone else is doing for example a basic log cabin with rustic furniture and a wooden bear statue, there are hundreds of those and it provides your potential guest no reason to pick you over anyone else's cabin.

I'm sitting here at the Opryland Hotel with my agents, having a glass of wine and going over our notes from the conference.

We are very excited about the colors as well, the main body of the house is Wooden Oar, kind of a brown/beige with a hit of moss green, the trim is all a very light beige, and the roof is black.

Oren:I do not recall the brand of wooden overlay we used, but there are serval options out there - Google wooden deck and balcony tiles.  

They were telling me some pretty shocking quotes for a basic wooden fence as well. 

Regarding the fence, right now is the worst time in recent history to replace a wooden fence. 

We find our guests use this quite a bit, and those that don't, we save those items for next time.Regardless, having just one guest frustrated because they forgot shampoo and now have to run down to the grocery store instead of sitting by the fire with a glass of wine... that can cost you return visits.
