From my experience your paid ads have nothing to do with your non-paid SEO ranking.  

Any one ever heard of them or anyone know of a cheap SEO/social/online marketing options that can deliver and wont drain the pocket book?

I just interviewed someone on my podcast who partnered with an SEO expert because the SEO expert had a website with a lot of relevant traffic but didn't want to learn how to wholesale those leads.

Another thing was investing in a professional and functional website then learning enough about SEO to make sure if someone searches for me I'm hitting page one on the search results.
