I just purchased a 2nd home in Port Angeles, Washington using a vacation home loan with 10% down.

 I am hearing about a Wind port coming to Salem New Jersey. 

Anyone in Philadelphia have any good strategies for finding off market deals for SF and small MF needing rehab in the Riverwards: Port Richmond, Kensington, East Kensington, Olde Richmond, Fishtown?

Yesterday 10 port-a-potties magically appeared next to the job site. 10 of them, all in a row. 

The pandemic also greatly slowed delivery of every little part needed as containers in ports are stuck and electronics from China... no way...
