Do you have a property that needs a painter, tile work, or a new roof.

My advice is to have two of everything to get the best possible quotes- 2 contractors, 2 painters, 2 electricians, this will help you get the best pricing by comparing in the market. 

Does anyone have good painters, plumbers, and drywaller’s that they wouldn’t mind recommending?

Hi, can anyone recommend a painter (exterior and interior) who is reasonable and reliable?  

We've gone through about 4 painters in the past year!

So, we changed it to 'creative community' to widen the field - so, we have musicians, painters, photographers, videographers etc.

Same framer in Charleston was 15 bucks. our painter is 2 to 2.25 a foot in and out 3 colors and includes paint..

- Should I have the GC given me a bid only on the labor and few necessary items to perform the job for instant, painters I will be providing the paint and they provides whatever need.- Should I hire each individual trade master by the hrs/project and what is the best way to have an good estimate on how much things cost?

So I ask my painter what drywallers he likes to work after, etc.

Hi all,I am beginning to put my team together and I was hoping I could get some investor friendly contractor recommendations who work in the Philadelphia area.As an aside do you guys and gals find it better to work with a general contractor who handles everything or would it be better to find specific contacts for specific jobs (painters, electricians, etc..).
