But Airbnb does a pretty good job getting the info from guest, when you have Insta book on make sure you say cant’ book unless verified and DL.

I'm not here to tell you how to run your business, but I think there's something to be said for having local professional property management who could've checked the tell-tale on the meter and confirmed the leak on Day 1.
