Hello All you Real Estate Investors!  I am so glad to say that I am returning to biggerpockets with bigger Pockets!  I was on your site for about a months at the beginning of my adventure and suddenly I was investing and turning my first property.  It took me from Jan12th, 2015 to March to renovate my first property, a rental income property, buy a flip, renovate it and sell with enough profit to pay off my loan to the house I live in now and live debt free.  Whooo Hooo!!!!  Thanks for the insight.  I hope to tell you about it in the future... that's if anyone is interested.  There was one big question that lenders asked at the beginning that bothered me.  What had I done and what could I should them??? So in a day or so I think I will post a slide show.
