Yeah, the housing is not up to the standards that you or I would live in, but you always have two choices:  Upgrade and charge more, or don't and charge less.

So if a non real estate job offers that it is not a necessarily bad choice to pursue it.

The whole purpose of the Housing CHOICE Voucher system is to allow a tenant to choose where they live to allow them to get out of the pockets of poverty.

The tenants want to stay, but I can't say they would be my first choice.

You don't have a choice but to deal with small loans as a lender in this area. 

They are the best choice for look, durability, maintenance and installation.
