I just bought a 5BR home in Crystal Valley Ranch in CR.

We simply do not have a crystal ball and financial advice is extremely complicated. 

It will all become crystal clear.

Unfortunately you or I don't have a crystal ball so we don't know what the future will bring.

If funding is your biggest issue I would say your first step should be to get crystal clear on what you need.

I don't have a crystal ball for future interest rate, but thinking long-term I always liked what David Green says - real estate tends to be forgiving overtime.
