Hello All,

Travis Ingle, from Jacksonville FL, currently living in Duluth Ga. I work for Gwinnett County Police Department. I have absolutely no experience in Real Estate, Iv been researching an studying for about a year now. I hope to be able to attend the Bigger Pockets ATL meetup in August (I have shift on the July date).

My primary goal is to start with flipping and add a combination of rental properties to add some passive income.

Feel free to reply or shoot me a dm. Looking forward to meeting anyone in the area doing the same thing. Excited to finally stop reading and take the plunge on the first property after I can figure out the funding aspect of things.

Thanks,

Travis Ingle
