Besides laundry and vending does anyone have any suggestions?

I was / am interested in vending machines.

Thanks @j. martin for flagging me.I'm venturing in to a niche short stay venture with the goal of creating a "housing vending machine."

I was looking at Midwest Laundries (www.midwestlaundries.com) and they have IPSO machines with the new vending machine style coin boxes (not the slotted ones).  

In analyzing a 50 unit half 1br half 2br, what should I estimate for on site laundry income and on site vending machine income monthly?

Right up there with vending machines and other "get rich quick" schemes.

Sure, assemble the deal and tell the developer you want to vend in your assignment fee as equity, but just to learn about the process.

I have 16, brand new vending machines still in the shipping material that I am trying to sell for a business partner that I work with.
