I can’t express how upset I am now.

The headline makes me kind of upset.

I have just told a tenant that we are not renewing his lease which is up in 2 months, he is very upset.

She said they actually had a toddler and they envisioned this scenario unfolding right before them and I could tell she was upset by this.This is where I stepped in.

Tenants like that can be a lot more hostile to a landlord they know is going to be upset with them.

As a lender myself I can't imagine them being upset by a lot more demand for their capital.

They do not raise rent due to fear the tenant may be upset or leave, they do not serve pay or quit notices for fear the tenant may leave or be upset, they do not evict out of fear the tenant may retaliate.
