Hey fellow Investors,Doing a survey on which search property platform is the best one to use?

Use the site to ask questions and get as much knowledge as you can, this platform is a great resource to investors of all levels.

I think at the end of the day what most CF investors are doing is putting their faith in is that the crowdfunding platform is doing their DD to make sure these are safe deals.   

Please note that users may have at most one profile, and that is grounds for dismissal from the platform.  I

Before I invest in any CF platform, I open a direct line of communication (with the principals if possible), do DD on the site and people behind the company and only if I feel 100% comfortable, proceed.

If we're still ok, I'll try to buy it preauction if that's available.My experience with auction.com in the SW Ohio area is that about 15% of the houses listed wind up trading on their platform.  I

The Real Estate Marketplace on this platform is a great place to look for investor deals.

The Education platform is good, the coaches are great, the boot camps are fantastic and the community is absolutely stellar.

@Cameron Mertens in Spain the most used platform is called Idealista, there you should be able to find all the properties you want.
