umm... like... hi!

Just kidding. :-)

My guy is the more social one... so I'm kind of gritting my teeth trying to introduce myself on a social platform!

I am Tatiana, the background part of the team for Jeter Construction here in LA and Orange County, CA.

Al (Jeter) does construction contracting for real estate investors and we recently began investing in our own flips. I've worked in architecture and have done bird-dogging for several investors over the years, but haven't had the time to seriously focus on investing... until now!

We are mostly interested in flips and possibly rentals in the Hawaii, Oregon, and California states so if anyone has any deals or is looking for deals... make a connection with me. :-)

I'm also interested in chatting and connecting with any real estate agents as it is so great when we find agents that understand how to work with flips in the plethora of mini-cities (and their unique real estate laws) that we have all over LA and the OC!
