If your job is very stressful or demanding and doesn't allow you to take time off "to visit clients" or "Lunch meetings" (hint hint), then maybe reconsider the syndication thing.

@Devin Londo As @Sam Shueh hints, the objective of an exchange is to match dollar amounts, not properties.

I was trying to figure out a way to see if it is a first or second loan by the % on the auction.com site, or by the open bid amount.Some of the information is really hinting at the loan being a second, but they do not seem to STATE it is a second. 

@Michael GlaspieIf you have clients that you do a ton of business with - I’d subtly get to know their favorite restaurants or shopping places.

That should have you sniffing the wind for any hints of cap ex or deferred maintenance that could turn break even into bad loss. 

Hint: The regression model consists of multiple attributes, sf, lot size, ceiling height, amenities....

We should be watching Xinhua and NHK for hints on what direction China and Japan are planning on going.The unofficial channels do not seem to be heard in Washington. 

I'm working with a few people on multifamily... right now people are asking a bit too much... demand has dropped off a bit but supply hasnt yet taken the hint.

Also, are there any other small hints or tips or boosting the value if we cannot add on any more square footage to the property?
