Searching for a Realtor
Hello - I am based in CA and my parents and sisters live in Houston. I am looking to invest in some smaller multifamily properties in the Houston area and would love to work with a local broker. Can anyone please recommend a Houston based broker who specializes in working with out of state investors? Thank you!

Look up Brian Janak. Innerloop west. Specializes in inner loop multifamily. If you're looking more for SFH, I'm not sure but I'd just scour HAR on your own.
