The reason I ask is if you are to borrow from family and friends I thought the norm is about 8-10% in interest but if I can get a loan from a primate money broker for 6-7% with no limits on loans, why should I strive to get money from friends and family and potential have more people to answer to?

Some are abandoned homes, some are open land, and some a fixer-uppers but they are all in a striving market.

Its easier said than done, but one heck of a goal that we are striving for this year.

That is definitely what I am striving for in my investments, although I am trying to avoid 'war zones' so that the property might appreciate in the future.Congrats on the 77.5% return!

But if you want to be like the other 10%, and strive towards being successful, you need to take action. 

Always strive for buying at a discount when possible.

And by looking at the numbers for the other properties you posted, I strive to work at that capacity eventually.
