Any bumper stickers?

I have many out of state investors reach out to me looking to do STRs in the area and then get sticker shock on how expensive it is to get into.You are looking at a $500k starting price on a one bedroom in an STR eligible zone.For a 3 bedroom attached unit the least expensive property I've seen is $775k.

I've talked with a few contractors from Parade of Homes magazine and am sticker shocked with their ballpark figures.There's a lot to consider and everyday I seem to find a new way to think about the numbers.

Total house is about 1450 sq ft.Boiler to first floor (according to sticker) was installed in 1964 and not currently working.

I was in sticker shock but I really need these repairs done.

The sticker prices are pretty universal I'll just pay the sticker price. 

Calumet City is now going back to enforcing having the rental license sticker in the window and Markham will give $500.00 fines to any work truck in front of your property that isnt registered with the city. 

Just have to apply stickers (readily available anywhere) that say "Not Grounded". 

@Tom Chen Condemned properties usually will have a sticker on them from the city.

At first I had a few short lasted thoughts of embarrassment driving with a huge sticker on my car with We Buy Houses.But mind over matter cured that disease quickly.
