I don't think its as user friendly as BP and there is a lot of spam.

I only mention hitting me in PM's or FB so it doesn't spam the post honestly. 

Check your "Spam" folder on your email account.

I think the banks spam/virus blocker may be stopping the emails from getting to him. 

That said, please be sure to follow forum rules and not solicit in the forums outside marketplace or spam via the message system, both of which are against the terms of service here.Based on your initial post, it sounds to me like you have more to offer than most so in my opinion, you have a better chance since you have the skill set AND some skin in the game!

I personally was targeted by a tenant group that spammed my google reviews trying to avoid a small rent increase....those reviews are not as telling, but management never returns calls, property owners complaining of similar things are very telling.

I really could use some feedback, and my intention is to get feedback from the more experienced members, on both sides of the equation, not to spam, or the like. 

You are going to come across as spam to everyone and I would be surprised if you gained much traction.  

This can be done with software which I can't mention here or this post will be flagged as spam (ha).
