In case you're looking for input on shower surrounds, I can't say enough good things about the Mansfield NexTile 60x30x74 Alcove Panel Shower Surround - I ordered mine from Lowes and got it for under $600 with shipping. 

It has a brand new HVAC system, updated 200amp electrical panel and all new wiring throughout.

It turns out that the meter panel outside that holds the meters had a burnt out lug.

For the side of the cabinet, you can install a panel or do a waterfall edge countertop to cover up the damage. 

House was severely fire damaged and subsequently deemed uninhabitable and demo'd by the city along with the solar panels.

The pilot is most likely behind that panel (the one on the bottom, with the bulge in the middle). 

This is for a modular or SIP panel home? 

The facility is underperforming and it should be a good opportunity to buy it while the price is "low" (asking $40 million, with a solar farm that is currently being installed) before the "Silver Tsunami" hits over the next few years.
