I thought that was pretty good until I see what other people are doing on here :)  I'm just trying to soak in as much as I can from the forums and listen to at least 1 podcast a day while i'm driving. 

The local REIA groups around me meet on the day I have my class so as soon as that is over I will be attending the monthly meetings trying to soak up every possible tip I can get my hands on.

I'm soaking all the info up like a sponge and my wife is in to it also.

Aside from simple diversification, I'm excited about the other positives about the RE asset class specifically, and I'm just soaking up information, looking to learn and network with people in general here on BP and specifically here in the SD market.

Jump right in and soak it up.

I have spent my life in the military, and then college, and then traveling for work and for pleasure, and soaking up all that there is to see and learn and do in the world... essentially doing anything but learning to build wealth, and setting down roots somewhere. 

I cant wait to meet and soak up the abundance of info here.

If they are smoking pot in your unit the smell can soak into the walls and carpet which can drive down the resale value and chase away a lot of good future renters.

It's great to be on her and soak up a ton of great information.
