There's a BP get together group that meets once a month, you can attend a TREIA West event (near Cary), a TREIA main event, TREIA subgroup for newbies which Tim Masters runs....Triangle Deal Maker Sessions usually meets the first Monday of the month (it's the second Monday in September because of Labor Day)....

Its called the Deal Maker session.  

.- We hustled Shawn for a lunch meet / brain picking session :) very busy man so my deepest appreciation to him (I give him credit to get my gears turning)- Subscribed to BP - Still new to the site but we are so amazed of the tons of info, resources and amazing people to learn from that even for someone with a real estate back ground, I’m learning new things everyday.

At the end of the first day session we had happy hour and everybody had a chance to mingle and drink and just enjoy a relaxing environment.

The program costs 500 dollars, and claims to train you in investing in commercial properties and then mentor you for 4 sessions.  

I have been investing in Long term SFR for a while but because if these sessions I am now looking at short term in Hermosa Beach.

Hey everyone,        I am beginning to look into accumulating off-market deals in my marketplace, however after several sessions of "driving for dollars" I cannot help but think there is a better method to this niche process under the overall spectrum of RE investing.
