I've had people take the salt and pepper grinders.

In a pot i put quinoa, a bag of mixed frozen vegetables, lots of water, 2 bay leafs, salt, pepper, olive oil, 1 lemon, black pepper, italian herbs, 1 habanero (which i pulled out later).

I normally just leave out salt for my tenants.
