You can sell a few to pay off the rest or 1031 them into passive income.Any property you buy today should appreciate about 4.9% p.a. that's been US average (insert a % you believe is right, I believe Milwaukee may actually beat this number) over the next decades and your downpayment is leveraged 4:1, so that in itself produces a lot more equity over decades than you could ever safe up.

I guess I'm not surprised because when I call my fellows agents, half or more of them can't be bothered to pick up their phone and would rather text, or whenever they actually pick up they always sound like they are at Target or getting a massage in the middle of the day, and not actually working.

You can add services and upsells the clients foot the bill for, like spa/massage/private chef rather than pouring more capital into the property.

am in the cleaning and restoration industry.ozone and chlorine dioxide and many other suggestions here might work but the most important thing is that you have to treat the source for it to work.A professional grade black light could have helped you find the source easier before your contractor painted and installed new flooring.If it is very strong odor  the proper way to do it is find source,treat,clean everything and then chlorine dioxide or ozone.
