The pressure tank bladder starts to lose air & although it can be re-charged, it will eventually need to be replaced.

Some times you just have to getaway and re-charge.

I'm not saying taking time off doesn't help you recharge.

Every six months the come in, test the detectors, and swap out/recharge the extinguishers.

My theory now (after learning the hard way and taking advice from those more experienced than I am), is that you should focus that time on higher value items... whether that be producing income, or recharging.

I suppose it depends on how long it takes to recharge.

Make sure you figure out how to recharge whatever you buy or get solar connections.
