Subconsciously i was keeping myself from going "out there" Im living with my parents after i lost my job as a car salesman, shes pregnant.

I started off at $11/hr and would stay late every day trying to learn what I could. 3-4 months in, the AP manager left on pregnant leave and decided she wasn't coming back.

I've had **bad** experiences with property managers, but I was 9 months pregnant and I couldn't keep driving up there to a) finish out the property and b) work on finding a renter. 

They take in dogs, pregnant adult children, their common law spouse when he is not in prison etc. etc.

She is pregnant and will be going on maternity leave in January, so her monthly income will be even less.  

One of the dangers of listening to a lot of personal finance advise shows is that you get conflicting advice, the advisor doesn't have experience with the personal issues you are facing (like pregnant wife/girlfriend, child with medical issues, irregular income, job might go on strike, etc...), or they really need to sell you something to pay their bills.

I met a guy in Ecuador who was traveling the world for 2 years on a bike with his girlfriend who got pregnant in the beginning of their trip... 

You are already pregnant on this one, but here's a tip for the future.  

If you self-managed like me, well I had a duplex tenant pull a gun on the neighboring pregnant tenant in January, really scary.      

The one I'm watching now even has a meth head dead-beat husband that left the purple-haired wife for her niece, and naturally the daughter is a pregnant teenager...Can't... stop... watching... so horrible...
