My first deal! Rhode Island

Hey guys! I opened this account about a year ago planning on working as a wholesaler. I started setting up the biz, learning, practicing, learning, setting up the biz, basically doing everything to keep me thinking that i was actually doing something without doing ANYTHING! I consider myself a go getter and trust me when i want something i have it because ill do whatever it takes. But this was different. Subconsciously i was keeping myself from going "out there" Im living with my parents after i lost my job as a car salesman, shes pregnant. All of a sudden i got thr traction i needed. Today i got my first deal under contract. A killing! First lead and first contract. Im looking to network with cash buyers in the Rhode Island - Providence area, because if you are from here then you know how complicated it is to get a probate list or tax liens, but i get those! Those are my leads! I really need cash buyers and basically anyone interested in getting together to do something great! Best of luck everyone! Just get out there! Trust me!
