My first deal! Rhode Island

Hey guys! I opened this account about a year ago planning on working as a wholesaler. I started setting up the biz, learning, practicing, learning, setting up the biz, basically doing everything to keep me thinking that i was actually doing something without doing ANYTHING! I consider myself a go getter and trust me when i want something i have it because ill do whatever it takes. But this was different. Subconsciously i was keeping myself from going "out there" Im living with my parents after i lost my job as a car salesman, shes pregnant. All of a sudden i got thr traction i needed. Today i got my first deal under contract. A killing! First lead and first contract. Im looking to network with cash buyers in the Rhode Island - Providence area, because if you are from here then you know how complicated it is to get a probate list or tax liens, but i get those! Those are my leads! I really need cash buyers and basically anyone interested in getting together to do something great! Best of luck everyone! Just get out there! Trust me! Stop the reading and the videos and the setting up all the details. Today has been UNREAL!
