Go to settings > Calls > Uncheck "Ask unknown callers to say their name"

I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't received my first angry caller yet, closest thing is a lady who left a message telling me "if you had done your homework you would know there is litigation on this property right now".  

Increasing my marketing efforts will result in the need for more everything but I will really need help screening callers.

are your callers going straight to voice mail?  

But I want to be able to list homes the traditional way from leads I get from my marketing campaigns.I want to be able to tell callers, "hey I put your house under contract for 30k and find you a buyer in 30 days or less, or I can list the conventional way and possibly get you 45k if you dont mind waiting and paying closing costs"what do you guys think?

Be prepared to answer calls and how to speak with callers/getting the correct questions answered.

It works for the most part, just not perfect, and my callers can hear it in the background.I would LOVE to hear how you're doing wholesaling with a baby, please!  

Hello all,First time caller long time listener.

Now I'm not actually handwriting each letter, but I am able to get more pieces out and only worry about the calls coming in and giving the callers my attention to show them I do actually want to buy their house and it isn't spam.I've seen also that I have great success with changing up the mailing piece I send out.

Try googling or calling the number with caller id blocking and verify that at least.I once had someone threaten over text that I was discriminating and that their lawyer was gonna call me (I said I wouldn't show them the unit due to credit score to low and pet bird).
