Would housing plummet or skyrocket?

I looked into notes and not only are they a whole new world to learn, I just don't see the returns, especially if rates go up (current notes will plummet in value).

Valuations were plummeting and people were scared and banks weren't lending.  

-----------The Boston Condo had a HUGE 30 yrs assessment in 2007-8, our condo prices plummeted.

In 2008 when the Market ate ****, the value plummeted to $130k, and has since risen to $170k.

After plummeting at the fastest pace ever in April, payrolls rose at the fastest pace ever in May and have done so again in June, adding 4.8 million jobs for the month.

This has caused my credit score to plummet but it is slowly rising now.

You can say that those 3 stocks hold the biggest companies, but they're too big to fail so either way those stocks will never plummet and most likely wont reflect on the majority of how buissnesses are doing which is more reflective of how the economy is doing.

With all the talk about mortgage rates plummeting, I wanted to reach out to see what rates and loan terms others are getting or researching during this time.

Values plummeted but rents stayed steady.
