🌟 There are definitely people in the Milwaukee area, including Bay View, who rent out rooms on Airbnb.

I’m hearing mixed opinions from people I know. 

if you buy a random property on Zillow and turn it over to people you have never met, you will very likely lose money, get frustrated, and set yourself back.if you're serious i'd pick a market and plan on making several trips there. 

That would bypass many city/state regulations that force landlords to rent to people here illegally. 

Most people think real estate investing requires huge capital, perfect credit, or bank loans—but that’s not always true.

Ok so a diff path then my previous post.I also wanted to invest in real estate but just assume( and bet is probably true) that most of the people that find truly good investments have  either or all of the following the most "average joes" don't:1.

Sadly, both of them escalated this conflict and started creating domestic disturbances so we had to move both of them out.Assuming the upstairs family is being reasonable, I suspect no matter what you do, the people downstairs will never be happy.  

Anyone can live anywhere they want if they have the money, and sometimes houses are bought and then rented out without much background checking on the people moving in.

For context, this would be for a property I already own.I understand this may be a bit unconventional and people will likely recommend I get a proper quote and have the contractor do a full walkthrough.
