I was reading the other day about how PE firms are foreclosing very aggressively bc it's a better play to repo and re-sell than to conduct a workout.

I also did a little bit of time in banking/PE.

I live in NE Ohio and know the market from residing her pe my whole life but am open to learn from others. 

I remember another town: Loreto Aprutino (PE).

They can group up and meet together for PE days I think now and do other social activities like old schools.

Also technical analysis of crypto is sketchy at best and there is no fundamentals to go off of like p/e.

All I know is that the only thing I've used in the real world from school is basic bath, Spanish and PE, lol. 

Do not precipitate before focusing in your career, first take that Bachelor degree, then become an EIT, and then finally become a PE where the big $$$ and career is with a very good/stable job.  

The licensed state PE does not exist at the electrician firm.

REITs, institutional buyers, and large PE groups like Blackstone normally won't look at deals unless they are are over 100 spaces, in a primary market, and at least a 3 star park.
