Hey Everyone,

I realized that I never did a formal introduction post to BP but have done some forum posts and wanted to give a quick thanks to all of those before me posting great content and encouraging me to really start using BP.

A little bit about me - I am a licensed real estate broker in California, currently based out of San Mateo. I grew up in the area and am very familiar with the Peninsula, as well as SF, Berkeley/Oakland, and the South Bay. For undergrad I went to UC Berkeley and then did my Master's at the University of Cambridge in England (cheers mates).

I am here to help. I actively invest and have a strong understanding of cap rates, debt-service ratios, etc. and am glad to hop on a call or grab a beer with anyone in the area that wants to catch up.

For those that need any support from a broker, just let me know and I can put together anything you need. I have a pretty strong understanding of a lot of the creative methods that have been used and discussed on BP and am always looking for new ways to help my clients.

-Ryan

Welcome, Ryan. I live in the East Bay Area and invest in Texas MF. Let me know if I can help.
