if you go through a community bank your terms are more liberal than the secondary market guidelines you probably faced on your personal house. 

I'm trying to decide if I will aim to rent for 30 days of less or not.The thing that really concerns me are these Liberal eviction laws that favor guests.

That's a big problem here and one that landlord groups are fighting to change although MA being as liberal as it is, it's difficult to get the Dems to vote on anything that goes against the lowly tenants who are being bullied by the big mean landlords. 

IMO, it's basically liberal politicians creating dependency which creates dependable voters. 

@Charla Telford I would suggest reaching out to any Credit Union thats based in Halifax, Credit Unions are fairly liberal and are flexible about this.

Higher rate HELOCs tend to be more liberal, closer to Fannie.
