How do you juggle.

I want to become more involved and try to market for some listings and was wondering if anyone has some good tips for juggling listings and a 40 hr/week job.

Doing the flips shouldn't be an issue for me as i've got plenty of experience in this regard, but finding deals and juggling cash will certainly be a challenge.

Are they focused enough since they are juggling a lot of balls.

Screwing up the timeline because you're juggling 10 projects, such that other workers/contractors are delayed, or the entire project is delayed.

However, it is more likely to happen to an agent that is trying to juggle two careers. 

We sold a couple other completed projects and were eventually able to see things through completion, lease up, and finally a fairly decent profit, but yeah, it took a lot of juggling and some tight months to bring that project to a successful close, even if it wasn't as successful as we'd hoped.

But we can't really sell that until we find something out in the area...kind of a juggling act at the moment. 

This is my first go round, so it's been a learning experience already juggling contractors, some who are doing well, and some, not so well.
