I've found a prime vacant 2 acre lot at major intersection of 2 state highways, on route to the coast.

I would advise to you avoid smaller 3/2s under 1000 sq ft, AE floodzones (expensive to finance), homes with sinkhole prior investigations/repairs, homes near busy intersections and homes near large mobile home parks.

Alvin East of the actual Park circle  take Buist east form there it will intersect with Oak.this is good I am sitting in Portlandia Orygun giving you driving directions clean across the country  LOL  you will find it can't miss it 5 brand new houses.

Hi there, Right next to my investment property in Pensacola is an old abandoned eye sore of a house on a corner lot between two intersections. across the abandoned house is an open lot that has been rezoned recently for multi family and the owner has begun construction past week. buying out the abandoned property would help me on multi levels.

I also put a sign at the intersection offering the same thing.
