I've killed wild boar with 30-06 rifles, .44 mag pistols and knives and the knife kills are far faster than any of the gun kills as they induce massive blood loss far more efficiently than a gun kill.

This fed-induced 10 year bull market cycle further complicates any attempts to understand the true OOS investing success rate, as even if we did have any kind of accurate data set, we'd have to wait for a full market cycle to see how the current trend of going OOS plays out for investors long term.

If the borrower can't make the payments because he's not making enough money, you'll be the new owner of the note and have to do the work.Unless I can get cheap money like the banks and big funds do, I wouldn't borrow money to buy notes because of the uncertainties of liquidations (or continuing P&I payments, especially in view of the consequences of the pandemic induced shutdowns).
