Hi Jeremy,I think a great ad is one with a vibrant and hyperlinked call-to-action photo that simply redirects to your Property Information Form for the seller to fill out.I honestly do not see how a generic We Buy Houses ad with a phone number is effective as you can at any time have a handful of leads call you up, block the lines and/or waste your time with their stories, questions, issues, etc.As mentioned, you should ultimately have a strong call-to-action that points back to your website/squeeze page for the seller to fill out their information.

I see the zillow brand is taking off, meanwhile whenever I try to click on something on their site (ie, an estimate on a house in California) it will take me to some other totally unrelated, random page, ie, a house for sale inMissouri instead of taking me to what the hyperlink is described as being.

So the alert I just got didn't have the name of the thread and didn't have a link to go there.The only hyperlinks in the thread were the to the poster's profile page and the forum category with an excerpt of the post.

BP doesn't like me including hyperlinks to my own stuff in a comment.If you file an ejectment lawsuit and the taxpayer counterclaims and asks for redemption, the redemption price will include reimbursement of your legal fees for the ejectment.
