She is currently located on a street where the city has demolished and rebuilt about 9 homes in 2013/2014 (sold for about 92k-100k in 2014) located near our Football Stadium in a growing area!

Studied in  psychology ,was on the football team Went to conference championship in 2007 . that was my old life ..now I'm currently into real estate , I have several properties that I have placed in trust.

My wife and I live in Canton Ohio (home of the Football Hall of Fame) and we were recently blessed with the birth of our first child in April.

I'm interested in learning more about the different neighborhoods/areas and corresponding rents, as well as connecting with folks that know the market.Aside from lawyering and investing, I love golf, classical music, and Real Madrid football.  

I mean, I live in Alabama and have seen fist fights between people over a football game, so who knows what happens when strangers live in close quarters. 

I will give you a tip.Don't think about "Feeling".Just focus on getting to some kind of goal--that could be talking to 2 people a week for 2 weeks straight.Look at Football.

We are both former DI student-athletes competing in team sports (football & lacrosse).

Like they say in professional (American) football, MOMENTUM is the key to sustaining a win.
