Curious to know what you said on your postcards and if you used handwritten fonts or a more polished production piece.

I would suggest being as professional as possible when marketing to potential sellers and use a more business professional typed letter instead of the hand written font yellow letters that the majority of people will use for SFRs.

@Andru Sexton I have rebogateway and yes you'll pull a list of your preferred criteria and you could have write them or just download a handwritten font and mail merge the information to a yellow letter or postcard. 

Can't be too many words or too small font. 

Also, how would I go about generating a hand written font and is there anything else not mentioned above that I would need?
